This painting captures centuries old layers of China’s changing industrial landscape. Traditional paper lanterns, wooden shop signs with cola cans opened up as attention getting whirly-gigs, tangles of electrical, telephone and cable lines, are all contrasted by hillsides of the most modern power and telecommunication towers. The concentrated infrastructure tells a story of change in the extreme evolutionary development China is undergoing to take care of its huge population. Exhibited in the American Watercolor Society (AWS) International Exhibition, 2015, “Ageless Ingenuity” was selected for the Travel Exhibition Award.
The Giclee Reproduction of 13″ x 18″ is a Limited Edition of 25 and the 22″ x 30″ is a Limited Edition of 25.

Originals are painted on acid free rag 140# watercolor paper. State of the art Giclee Reproductions are printed on acid free paper using the finest, archival, fade proof inks.
Your painting will be rolled and shipped in a heavy gauge tube with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist. All reproductions are signed and numbered. Reproductions will be sent through U.S. Postal services and Originals will be sent Fed Express for increased insurability. Cost will be $15 per tube in the U.S. Multiple purchases can be shipped in one tube at the same $15 cost.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within two weeks of receiving the item. It must be returned in its excellent original condition.
